Liability Policy At Allen's Locksmith LLC, we strive to deliver top-quality service with minimal disruption. However, in the event that damage is caused by our technicians during the course of service, the following conditions apply: Coverage: Our liability is limited to the cost of parts required to repair or replace the damaged item(s). We will not be responsible for any labor costs, shipping fees, or other associated expenses. Exclusions: This policy does not cover: Any pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our technicians. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, lost income, or additional repairs. Damages that occur due to conditions outside of our control, such as environmental factors or pre-existing structural weaknesses. Claims Process: In the event of damage caused by our technicians, the customer must notify Allen's Locksmith LLC within 2 days of service completion. We will evaluate the claim and determine the appropriate action. Any parts covered under this policy will be sourced and replaced at our discretion. Limits of Liability: Our total liability for damages will not exceed the cost of the parts necessary for the repair or replacement. This policy is intended to provide coverage for direct damages caused by our technicians, and no further compensation will be provided. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this liability policy.
